Well.....I don’t even have property under contract yet...hahaha.
And I still will be in Satan’s Playshop for another year to 4.5 years.
But having a tangible piece of your dream makes it feel real.

And for anyone who doesn’t understand why a cop would not immediately stop when you flag him down....why he drives past you then comes back ....or why he leaps from his car when you begin walking up to his car. Just watch the video of the attempted assassination of 2 LA Sheriff’s deputies yesterday.
A police car was described to me as a rolling coffin by a veteran in my squad many years ago.
It is why I once made a man fly who ran up to my car door....never knew a crown Victoria’s door panel could be a trampoline. Fortunately/unfortunately he just wanted to say hello. He admitted he astound have known better having grown up in that neighborhood.
I bet just like me....he occasionally tells that story.
