My wife and I took this for some months without issue. I found that ergotheinine, found in certain mushrooms, does about the same thing, but the mitochondria has a way to regenerate that antioxidant molecule for up to a month, while this only lasts a day or two before it needs to be replaced in the mitochondria. Still, it appears to work.

You can order MitoQ from various stores.

It isn’t cheap. We found shiitake, maitake, oyster, porcini, and a few others had varying amounts of a similar substance and went went changing our diets to eating mushrooms whenever possible.

They are also low-carb and have other beneficial substances.

“It isn’t cheap.”

I don’t know... A dollar a day isn’t much different than a low-end prescription drug with a decent insurance plan. I guess it’s not that expensive if it does what it says. You think it’s beneficial?

It isn’t cheap.

If the dose is only one pill, then it IS cheap. One dollar a day or $365 a year if it works. Cheaper than a lot of things we do. Even if you need 3 a day, that's still cheap if it works.

This stuff is available on Amazon at $73.00 a bottle for a one month supply. It’s proprietary to a company in New Zealand.

Excellent catch!

We noticed no issues during the four months or so we tried it. I will need to read that study.

We do this to be able to help both ourselves and others with what we took. I don’t want to encourage taking anything I haven’t taken myself.

Lol

A lot of trying to live longer going on around here. Quality not quantity. although when it comes to alcohol both are important :-)

Assuming you had positive results, how did you gauge them? (As in lower BP reading compared to a baseline; just felt better, etc.)
