We are already in US Tax Court as Clinton Foundation Whistleblowers (Doyle, Moynihan v IRS). Investigative work never ends but we r in process of litigating the case which is linked in above referenced Clinton Foundation Whistleblower Libraries. We r playing/fighting differently.

Not appropriate to get into specifics of case here online but the fact the case so to speak has been going on from 3/'19 when we made our initial appeal to now end of August 2020 is very good. IRS insiders and outsiders gave us a <1% chance of our appeal being accepted by USTC.
