I expect to update you in the coming days as to how many of these ‘applications’ are thrown on the floor underneath the mailboxes, when the people in my building realize they’ve been sent mail for someone else. (That’s what usually happens when people here get mail for those who have moved out.)

I’m trying to decide what to do with this stranger’s application. I’ve always just marked his mail ‘Return to Sender; Addressee Unknown’, and stuck it back in the post box. But if I write real small, maybe there’s also room for a rant on the outside of the envelope...
