Friday morning on my drive to work in Long Island, I was waiting for the light to change. I looked over to my left and saw a young man, (20-30) all alone in his vehicle wearing a mask).
I looked away, looked back at the young man. He looked at me. I shook my head side to side with a big grin and laughed and laugh. His look back at me was priceless.
I think a light bulb may have gone off and I least I hope so.
I hope so. The thing that I find most bizarre is that it is young men who seem to be most devoted to their masks and scuttle around with their heads down (lest somebody send blow some toxic breath on them, I guess).
Actually, men might be overstating it. Young males, perhaps.
I do the same. Mask-wearer shaming. Especially when walking outdoors.
