Problem is there is precisely ONE ship that meets that description (NCL Pride of America).
Well then, the cruise lines can wait, else sell to Americans. Anything that gives a penny, money or assistance, to a foreign company, ships flagged elsewhere, is wrong and must not be allowed to happen.
