Opps, I went European or dyslexic, either way, the American way is 11/03/2020.
I thought that might have been it. When I worked outside the country, years ago, I got into the habit of writing dates using a three-letter abbreviation for the month, e.g. 03 Nov 20. Still do, most of the time.
