ORLANDO — A Florida man allegedly high on drugs he received for his birthday walked out of an Orlando hospital early Sunday morning, broke into a nearby home and fatally stabbed the well-known county attorney living there, authorities said.
William Ramon Franklin, 33, is charged with first-degree murder and burglary of a dwelling with assault or battery, according to Orange County jail records. He is being held without bond.
The victim, Erin Elizabeth Hartigan, 44, was an assistant attorney for the Orange County Attorney’s Office, Orlando police officials said Monday at a news conference.

You kill a District Attorney’s assistant— one of an entire team in Central Florida— and you WILL get the death penalty. This moron is in serious trouble and his crime— heinous in the extreme.

Pardon— she was an assistant County Attorney for Orange County— not District Attorney assistant. But, the point is— the legal “community” will be calling for the death penalty, because without it, the entire structure of the liberal machine in Orange County is quite vulnerable— to organized actions against egregious real crook “attorneys”. Who shall remain nameless, but... we’ll be hearing from them.

Based on the fact that D.A.s and Assistant D.A.s are normally not murdered by chance. If the killer had never been prosecuted by her, chances are some buddy had been and he was acting as executioner on the friend’s behalf, perhaps for money or drugs. The cops may not have found the link between them yet but I suspect there is one. Call it a hunch.
