Social media users are circulating posts making the unsubstantiated claim that California Senator Kamala Harris, recently chosen to be Democratic presidential candidate Joe Bidens running mate, was identified as Caucasian on her birth certificate by her parents.
The posts are accompanied by an image purportedly of Harriss birth certificate. Reuters has contacted Harris to ask whether this image is an authentic reproduction of her birth certificate, and this check will be updated accordingly. Regardless of authenticity, the claim that this image proves that Harris birth certificate identifies her as Caucasian is false.
Examples of the claim are visible here, here and here.
The image of the birth certificate shows a red circle around the portion of the certificate that would ostensibly prove the claim. A closer look at the image shows that this section indicates the color or race of the mother, listed as Caucasian. A few lines beneath it, the color or race of the father, is listed as Jamaican.
The image of the certificate does not appear to specify Kamala Harris race, contrary to the posts claim.

“....Well, where’s the real one?...”
With Obama’s.
Notice the three links Reuters provided for examples have been scrubbed by our information overlords.
Ok, so then she’s a caucasian-jamaican. Still not African American.
in Kamala,s case, it is her parents’ birth certificates (and lack of USA citizenship at her birth) that are important.
note they don’t show those. ha ha
and as for her race, she is half real Indian (unlike Fake Injun Squaw from massachusetts, ha ha ha)
and half Jamacian of pretty much non-black ancestry from what we can ascertain so far
she might have a little African blood in her line of descent but its not much more than Fake Injun Squaw’s alleged Cherokee content. Certainly for sure she has never lived the life of an “oppressed” black American citizen (having been led a charmed, privileged life instead), which is why black Americans are insulted by her selection
Any “fact check” from the Democrat Media conspiracy is a bald-faced lie.
Are people from India caucasian? Aryan, maybe, but not caucasian.
Where did the blacks in Jamaica come from?
The Facebook one is still there.
Yep, her father was 1/2 white (British) and 1/2 Indo-Jamaican (Jamaican Indian). He was also from an elite Jamaican ruling class family who owned slaves and ran the biggest plantations back in the day. He never once identified himself as black (which is likely why Kamala has Caucasian on her birth certificate) and would likely have been offended if you suggested he was.
So she is a Jamaican Caucasian?
Or a Caucasian Jamaican?
Other Africans sold them to camelah's father's family?
So the DNC is offering black Americans another fake black to vote for because DNC believes black Americans are all racist and stupid. No wonder many black Americans are insulted
I don’t trust any “proof” from the Commiecrat media.
OMG, not ANOTHER FAKE/Altered/manipulated/layered birth certificate.
I’m sorry, the dog ate my “original” birth certificate.
I’m sorry, during the pandemic I had to use my “original” birth certificate for toilet paper.
As another FReeper posted on another thread, the only black DNA in Kamala Harris came from Willie Brown.
For example, it would be so much more useful to keep educational progress statistics by teacher instead of by student. We have computers now that could follow students throughout their elementary and middle school years. We could see which teachers are doing well and which teachers are doing poorly by looking at how much progress children make each year with each teacher. Stats would not have to have the kids names listed. The stats, instead, could show that with teacher A, students who they shared (not entire classes) averaged 14 months progress in math and language studies while these same students the previous year with teacher B made only 8 months progress and the year before that with Teacher C they made 12 months progress. Teacher B could then be given help, after which he would improve or be counseled out of teaching.
