Herd immunity calculations don’t factor in cross immunity from previous coronavirus infections. 60% is a lie. 20% is the truth. Every place on the planet that has had 20% infected has essentially eliminated Coronavirus. New York City, Sweden, etc - check it.
Covid-19 is different enough from SARS or other coronavirii that the immunity from the latter don't necessarily protect you from the former

Keep the restrictions for 6 weeks and then you reopen and you save the lives AND the economy like Denmark did, unlike Sweden
