Its just the flu, bro.
A few times on this thread I said that there was no way football would be cancelled in the fall. But now we see that some college conferences have actually done the unthinkable - they cancelled the season. Most of the conferences that cancelled are in Dem regions, but not all. They know Trump is supporting the idea of letting athletes play so that left the leftists with no choice but to cancel football.

Not to get too far off track but the following true statement helps to explain what the leftists are doing during Coronavirus- Leftists are losers and losers hate meritocracy and, therefore, capitalism and the USA. They want to destroy everything that makes America the success story that it is and rebuild it as a country that keeps the intelligent and industrious from succeeding. It is clear, therefore, that everything they do during this crisis is meant to destroy America.

Ping. Freepmail Impimp to go on the ping list.

He may get in before it's finished but that's OK.
I just want to say that I feel sorry for kojak.
He has been a conservative member of society for decades, but since the chi-com virus, he has taken such a rigid stance on the reporting of covid, that he has become a more of a crank, than a doctor.
Pictures of his family with their heads up their asses did nothing to changes people's minds, and his dogmatic position only makes him look like a lefty with a closed mind.
I hope he takes a break, and rests his mind {he needs it}.
Dag. He entitled to his opinion, but not to thrust his fears on everyone else.
Soon, there will be no curve and everything will be a spike in numbers
7 day moving average for deaths = 1024 deaths per day.
So it is dropping. Great news. We are on the backside of this.
Now,that’s funny but don’t give the ‘rats any ideas. They’ve proved time and again they lack the intellect to understand humor and some of them would enjoy it.
At Trump’s presser yesterday I noticed no Fauci, but Dr. Atlas was there. I wonder if that’s a sign that Fauci has been sidelined on the Task Force. His new office might be in the closet under the stairs.
So, out of the 1024, which one is your credibility, liar?
The credibility that you are a liar, as you say, is high.
So why do you persist in doing it?
Correct, the trend is downwards. The 500 odd deaths yesterday are from 2 to 3 weeks ago. And the trend of NEW cases since the 21st of July has been downwards, so we can expect the trend of daily deaths to also head downwards.
I would still expect (but not predict0 a couple of spikes in deaths, but the trend would indicate that by 31 August we are at 300 deaths per day.
Let’s hope it goes lower — keep social distancing and stay masked in public spaces to minimize the spread.
That being said - I wouldn’t declare victory — OR an impending cliff-edge, just yet. The country is too big and there might be a sudden spike up in Louisiana that throws everything for a toss.
However, if people followed what Vietnam, Slovakia, Taiwan and Thailand did and masked in public places, then the trend will be inexorably down.
open up the economy ditch the masks and start meeting together. The masking and social distancing are ruining our economy and society for no discernible benefit. Again you are on the wrong thread fearper

COVID-19 is a collective risk. It threatens everyone, and we all must cooperate to lower the chance that the coronavirus harms any one individual. Among other things, that means keeping safe social distances and wearing masks. But many people choose not to do these things, making spread of infection more likely.
When someone chooses not to follow public health guidelines around the coronavirus, they’re defecting from the public good.
BIG SNIP
Another challenge is that the defectors who need moral enhancement are also the least likely to sign up for it. As some have argued, a solution would be to make moral enhancement compulsory or administer it secretly, perhaps via the water supply. These actions require weighing other values. Does the good of covertly dosing the public with a drug that would change people’s behavior outweigh individuals’ autonomy to choose whether to participate? Does the good associated with wearing a mask outweigh an individual’s autonomy to not wear one?
The scenario in which the government forces an immunity booster upon everyone is plausible. And the military has been forcing enhancements like vaccines or “uppers” upon soldiers for a long time. The scenario in which the government forces a morality booster upon everyone is far-fetched. But a strategy like this one could be a way out of this pandemic, a future outbreak or the suffering associated with climate change. That’s why we should be thinking of it now.
I hope that’s not the finger they point in our face when lecturing and virtue signaling.
Masks suck. I dont care if they reduce CV or not.
There wont be any massive spikes because T cell immunity is underestimated and, therefore, herd immunity may only require that15-20% get infected.
:: if people followed what Vietnam, Slovakia, Taiwan and Thailand did ::
And Sweden.
Don’t forget Sweden.
