Seems to me that cop picked the damn wrong time to put his knee on Floyd, just when he was dying from an OD. It won’t matter though, his fate is set in stone. Even if his defense lawyer proves without a doubt Floyd died from an OD, nobody on that jury is going to have the balls to acquit him, not with a mob outside the court house screaming for blood.
