We had dinner at a high end restaurant and 5-6 black women at a table were loud, yelling and obnoxious. Management did not say anything to them-they knew what would happen if they did. All the other guest had an annoying look on their face or looked nervous.

Seen that often. American black women have serious social problems. Probably from serious self-image problems. Probably from serious cognitive problems (genetic and/or from upbringing).
Well. . .makes you just want to have Title IX high-density, low-income housing right in the middle of your peaceful middle-class neighborhood. When that happen, kiss peace and quiet good-by as these uncivilized beasts yell and scream as part of their “normal” conversation, let alone the ruckus when they fight. . .not to mention the obscenely LOUD THUMPA-THUMPA violent rap bleating at all hours of the day. Oh, and crime, property and personal crime. . .gawd. . .
