Those players who negotiated absurd contracts before the virus hit will get most or all of their money, but with the damage they’ve done, and continue to do to their sports’ reputations with this idiocy, I think it’s likely those players will be the last to receive anything close to that kind of money. And the combination of having to pay those ridiculous salaries, combined with their alienation of most of their fan base, may cause these leagues to collapse. Before all the kneeling started, pro sports had already reached the point of ridiculousness with multi-hundred million dollar player contracts becoming relatively commonplace, and of course that came with ever-skyrocketing ticket prices. The kneeling may have done everyone a favor by forcing the needed reset.

The big question is when the now unavoidable crash comes, will the leagues and team owners finally wake up? Probably not; like Hollywood studios that just keep pumping out one leftist propaganda-filled bomb after another, I think sports owners and execs have become so infected with the PC virus that they may actually burn their own fortunes just to show how “woke” they are. It’s a deep sickness.

I’m looking forward to the day when only blacks attend professional basketball games. Of course, the stands will be quite empty unless they lower the ticket prices to maybe $10-$20 because folks on welfare probably won’t be able to afford much more than that.

Then I guess the contracts will be like a couple thousand bucks a year since there won’t be any income from tickets, and I can’t see advertisers advertising, unless they do it as P.S.A.’s.

Whites, who are generally the money earners and big spenders will pretty soon just say “enough!” Even liberals are getting beat up these days for being white.

I did and will turn off any game when the athletes kneel during the anthem. These men are paid to play a game for entertainment, not to politic. I am not interested in their political views. I go to and watch sporting events to be entertained. When these clowns pull this, I am not going to take part.
