Second time gunshots are being randomly fired in this in the busline Mall near The Capital of Albany, NY. Crime in and around Albay has been skyrocketing with liberal Governor Cuomo telling Trump he has it all under control.

Odd thing about this article, they seem to have details yet they are not describing the suspect, perhaps it's now racist to describe people shooting guns in malls.
