The left has spent years leading up to this. They have control of the media, school and most importantly to me, corporations. At this point the left can say or do anything, even things that are blatantly false and inaccurate and they are supported by the media. If you try to fight back, even if you are factually correct, you are assaulted by the media, assaulted on social media, kicked out of school if you are in school or MOST IMPORTANTLY, you lose your job. That's how they have it now - disagree and it will affect your livelihood. I work for a large insurance carrier and I am terrified to post anything remotely political on social media for fear of it going viral and affecting my job status.
In a way, I have to hand it to the left because they have played their cards very well. I am not sure where it leads since in many ways we are check-mated from fighting back. I'm 53 and I feel like I need to keep my mouth shut for another 10 years, lest I get "cancelled" for saying the wrong thing and lose my job. Basically, as a white, straight, Christian male, I have no rights because I have no victimhood. I worry for my kids future and what kind of country it will be for them. I also worry that the left will find a way to come for your money (white tax, reparations, etc.) because like anything else, it's really all about money. Frustrated. What does everyone else think?

They have levels of control in the deep state that has permitted corrupt and even criminal levels of violation of citizen’s constitutional rights. Bureaucrats, ordinary, un-elected, but anonymous, can ruin people’s lives!
This is a large part of the reason, in my opinion, that the democrats are a part of this cabal (that includes foreign influences) who want to neuter law enforcement at the local levels. It allows leftist organized crime and even leftist terrorsts to operate with much less interference at the street level, but allows the bureaucracy to attack law abiding citizens and even run interference for the new subversive power structures.
All true. Each person has to decide how they work through this. And you are right the corporations are in the tank for this as well I work for a large defense company and if I were to say something against today’s culture I would likely lose my job. The corporation’s being in bed with the political agenda of the government is a signature feature of fascism. And oddly enough you may remember 10 or 15 20 years ago how everybody complained about big corporations and nobody complains about big corporations anymore because the big corporations are going along with the agenda and it puts People Like Us in a bit of a pickle because big corporations do provide a livable wage
“Coming”?! Sounds like you have been asleep! It started decades ago and accelerated with the election of the racist Obama and accelerated even more when their darling HRC was defeated.

Like you, we are very worried about the future of the USA.
It does feel like a dark time.
However, I think the Nov election is going to go well. I think we might get the House back. If we control House, Senate, White House and (sort of) the Supreme Court, we can do a lot to shine a light and turn this around.
We need to control voter fraud, and we need the public to understand that the Democrats are contributing to the problems, not solving them.
If we lose November, then I think the country is gone. Seriously.

My nephew is 20 and works full time for the Republican party in his state.
I asked him how many people his age are conservative. He told me 15% maybe 20% top if you take out the question of gays which nearly his age all have no problem with and it is a red state.
Trump has slowed down the change but it is still coming.
The question is will we be like Socialist Sweden or go right past that straight into communism.

I’m in the insurance business as well. I work in employee benefits. At age 53 if you get fired no one will hire you at your age for the job or money you are making.
You will end up at a local retail store making $12 hr with no benefits.
Keep your mouth shut, your social pages clean and work undercover.
It’s fortunate l am retired. I would not last a week in this environment. I was careful but these days that is not enough. We need a slew of wrongful termination suits to stop this. I’d like to see someone like Judicial Watch to take this up. Lives are being ruined.
This began some time ago and because of a feckless GOP and in the tank media we cannot fully stop it. I am sure Trump will win this November but even then we will still plunge into war. I say a new kind of civil war between those who want to harm pur world and people forced to defend thenselves and the country. If Trump were to lose then our side will explode with fear and anger. So a war comes no matter what the outcome is.
Not if the republicans continue to act and legislate, for the most part, like democrats.

Straight to communism. Sweden practices soft tyranny. The current gaggle of American communists won't.

It’s different this time. In our age we were conservative some grew liberal but went back to conservative and we had for the most part conservative parents
Today the parents are liberal and these kids are indoctrinated as early as pre-k.
As mentioned above it is dangerous to be conservative in todays job world.
