Yeah, that’s the only reason I comply with it at all.

And the same with my friends except for the liberal ones who are truly afraid and going to spend their lives in hiding. It’s really sad to see all they are missing because of this. Days they will never get back because they are afraid they will catch a virus. And these aren’t the people with pre-existing conditions I’m talking about.

I saw a display of these cloth masks at Walmart and bought one of the “United We Stand” masks with the flag, which was as close to a Q mask as I could find. First thing I did was to check out the company as I would have raised hell with Walmart otherwise, but they are in fact made by a US company (in Chicago) that gives living-wage jobs to homeless or jobless veterans. That’s a cause I am proud to support!
The masks were $7.50 in the store, but I think most of us would be glad to pay a bit more online if it helps an at-risk vet. This is how we can turn a negative into something positive, and a time when Walmart did something good.
