IMO That 70’s Show was brilliantly cast.
I had friends in school who were exactly like each of those characters.

Except for Fez. The exchange student at our school was a girl. And she was Australian.

Plus I bore some really unfortunate similarities to Eric.

No relation to the thread other than casting of the television show. I watched some episodes but didn't understand how 'Donna' in the series had a younger sister in the earliest episodes but then they never mentioned her again.

Same here... almost eerie, lol. That alone hooked me enough to watch the show for awhile, but I actually only saw a few episodes. Brought back lots of memories of the mid-to-late '70s though.

I was a teen in the 70s. The show nails the decade from clothing to furniture and hair styles. Before I ever knew anything about Danny masterson he kinda rubbed me the wrong way on the show. Couldn’t put my finger on it....just something not right. Always seemed angry, outside of his character on the show.

I always felt that way about Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

Cameron Crowe went undercover at Clairemont High School in San Diego (about 30 miles from my HS) and wrote about his experiences.
