I’m not sure if that’s a good or a bad sign.

This seems never-ending. For Gen. Flynn and family, each day has to be like the day before.

What does U.S. vs Sullivan have to do with Flynn?
Is the IRS involved some where?

Does anyone have a guesstimate as to when they will rule? I would think it would be before the date Judge Sullivan has scheduled the hearing in the District Court.

What a FARCE.
Armed terrorists in Seattle taking over municipal police stations and extorting residents at the point of a gun, but one “federal judge” wages lawfare against a single defendant accused of not remembering something.
The entire judicial branch is nothing more then a Kafka comedy show now. We all need to just ignore them.
To: bitt
Sorry, I read that as a previous SCOTUS case...JUDGE Sullivan is the target.

Maybe the Appeals Court will rake Sullivan over the coals and request his disbarment.

We are now June 11, 2020 totally involved in a Red Chinese Cultural Revolution socially and in a Stalin Soviet era legal system.

Justice isnt blind, shes a RAT.

I believe this court will hear the Flynn teams request to have Sullivan removed from the case. It should be interesting to hear the legal basis for that request.
I will be looking to see if gross incompetence is a legal justification for removing a judge from a case.
