Generally you don’t just black out from an undiagnosed heart condition. You feel weird and you sit down as your blood pressure drops.
Did they ever identify this undiagnosed heart condition that caused her to fall? If the head injury was the cause of death then how can they possibly conclude that the heart was involved at all. If it was still beating when she hit her head then it didn’t cause the fall.
No mystery at all.
