You got to serve somebody (serve somebody)
You got to serve somebody (serve somebody)
It may be the Devil, it may be the Lord
But you got to serve somebody...

- (Bob Dylan during his brief Christian phase)

In all of his 79 years not one word spoken by him has been understandable.

“As far as I know, Dylan has been quiet lately.”

Nope. A new album,Rough and Rowdy Ways, drops June 19. All new originals.
He’s already released 3 new songs in the past few weeks: Murder Most Foul, False Prophet, and I Contain Multitudes.
It’s unclear (to me) whether any or all 3 are on the new album.

He’s had to pause his Neverending Tour due to covid-19, but is itching to get back on the road.

Far from quiet.

Actually, Dylan himself said in his high school yearbook, that he
wanted to “join Little Richard.”

I hope someone can do the same now for Dylan.

He's 79 years old. Let him enjoy his retirement. He's more than earned it. He owes us nothing.
