What is far more important is to rescind the restrictions on prescribing hydroxychloroquine dictated by Democratic governors. This regimen works best when prescribed early in the disease. It should be prescribed with the onset of fevers and cough. Waiting until a “positive” test is in hand or when the patient develops an actual radiographically proven pneumonitis results in a poor prognosis. The Democratic governors are preventing primary care physicians from doing their life saving jobs. These vile politicians have blood on their hands.
What we need is class action suits against Governors who decided to play Doctor without a license. As the death rate percentage is higher in all States with “doctor” Democrats, just deduct the difference and multiply the sum by wrongful death charges.
Should be good for thousand year imprisonment sentences.

So presenting symptoms before death is good enough for the dead patient to be included in the statistics for COVID-19 (regardless of actual cause of death), but presenting symptoms to a doctor, who holds a valid license to practice medicine, is not good enough for said doctor to prescribe treatment of the patient with hydroxychloroquine early enough to be effective against COVID-19.
