Limbaugh: I wouldn't pay taxes in Democrat lockdown states
World Net Daily ^ | 5/12/2020 | Joe Kovacs

The governors of Democrat-controlled states in coronavirus lockdown are intentionally trying to ruin the economy, says radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh, adding he would not pay taxes if the lockdowns are not lifted.

A tax revolt led by Rush would be something huge.

They also have seen their internal polls, which indicate without their mail-in vote fraud scheme, they are going to be thrown from power. They are deliberately using the lockdowns, even where not needed, to force the states to mail ballots to everyone. It is clearly a conspiracy to allow non-citizens, and falsification of ballots, to gain power. Without massive vote fraud this November, the Dems will implode and cease to be a viable political party for decades. We must stop their schemes, at any and all costs.

I live in WA. If you read the comments on social media, the tide has turned from approving the lockdowns to outright anger. I hope the red states keep opening up. In my state, I hope that Inslee does the most oppressive lockdown ever. It is our only chance to get rid of Democrat power in this state. I also hope all the liberals who moved here from California ( usually the young generation living in Seattle and working as baristas and waiters) lose their jobs and move away. My property taxes will also go down.
Secretly, I hope Inslee goes full on dictator.

Yes, and that’s a dicey deal because voting is controlled by the states.

How do you stop say, California except by taking them to federal court, which in their case would be the ninth circuit...

How’s that going to work out?

The 9th circuit?
Weren't they just overturned 9-0 by the US Supreme Court just last week?
Aren't they the most overturned Circuit Court by far?

Yes, on both counts.

That’s my point, the Ninth circuit would certainly side with any state in their jurisdiction that finds itself in court over mail in voting.

It should work out fine, as Trump has been appointing conservative justices to the 9th circus, to the point where it’s almost a balanced Court, but I’d bet you could skip past the 9th, and go straight to SCOTUS with an emergency appeal, given the irreparable harms that are occurring.

Pardon my ignorance, but is Rush taxed in every state where his show airs?

The ninth circuit is now 13 conservatives out of 29 total judges. Ten of these 13 conservatives have been appointed by Trump.

I myself won’t pay taxes in Arizona which, under Governor Doug Douche, locked down the entire state.

In fact I’m done paying income taxes all together, all governments can go f*** themselves because they only look at me as an ‘economic unit’ or a ‘number in the herd’ to be fleeced.

F** them all, they have done nothing at all for me and mine but steal from me for 33 years that entire time. I have never once been the beneficiary of one government program.

I think entertainers and pro athletes are taxed (if applicable) in every State where they travel and perform. But Rush is far greater than any entertainer, he’s a national treasure.

I used to live in California, working remotely for an employer in Illinois. I did programming and remote administration of a server farm. I paid Illinois income taxes (around 5%) compared to California’s 14%. Needless to say, I had to go to Court to pay Illinois taxes, but the US Supreme Court has already ruled on this issue, and it is the state where you are doing the work. I simply programmed on a remote computer (primarily Unix based mainframes), but California litigated like crazy, and had to pay my legal costs, as well as damages.

And with massive voter fraud, they hope to realize their Thousand Year Reich.

I like Rush, but I’m not sure he’s all there since he started cancer treatments.

Has he advised his followers not to pay their taxes in the past?

I’m sure he’s always been against higher taxes. But the context is usually who are you going to vote for.

If the economy in certain states hasn’t opened up by the time the stimuluses(?) run out there won’t be anything left for taxes anyway. Wouldn’t be hard to convince some not to pay their taxes. Then too the ruined businesses & individuals are bankrupt & pretty much off any tax rolls by then automatically. These blue state officials don’t have their heads screwed on straight. How can you have a state up & running if everything & everyone in it is broke?

What if voters that get mail in ballots ignore them and go vote in person?
