LAKE ORION, Mich. – Canterbury Village is postponing drive-in movies that were scheduled this week and next week.
The postponement announcement was posted to the Canterbury Village Facebook page with the message that the “governor just shut us down.”

Keith Aldridge, who owns Canterbury Village, said there were plans in place to make the drive-in safe and socially distanced.
“We were limiting the amount of cars. Every car would get a 20-by-20 spot. You could listen to the movie on your FM radio and we decided against trying to do concessions," he said.
The idea was so popular multiple days sold out almost immediately. (more at link)

I've tried to give our governor the benefit of the doubt on the Executive Orders she's put out, and Oakland county is one of the hardest hit counties in Michigan for COVID-19 being just north of Detroit. This is a very serious disease that has locally taken out a lot of otherwise healthy people. But this is ridiculous. It will be interesting to compare the Michigan "domestic incidents" of the past 6 weeks to what's happened from the virus, especially now that there's one less relief spot.

No, most victims are not "otherwise healthy". There those that get written up in the news, but they either lie about their health, or they fail to point out the medical error (e.g. putting an ambulatory patient on a ventilator).
Seems like intentional economic damage.

Why would there be a problem with a drive in church service? No one comes in contact with ANYONE outside the cars.

BTW, Tractor Supply stores have been open, seeds and weed killer have been there. Most of the seeds are gone, though.
