It’s been so long that I have forgotten if one or more of those killed were students. James Michner wrote an account of the Kent State incident which was very good.
And it was a bunch of precious, pretentious nonsense.
I remember reading it when I was in junior high school and was nauseated and turned away from it with disgust.
