Trump NEEDS to go through our budgets line by line he doesn’t know 1/4 of what is in our budgets!!
Stuff like this is not in the budget. Trump signs a budget that gives money to the NIH, and then the NIH decides where that goes. Trump should demand answers from NIH, but then he’ll be accused of being anti-Science.
Ain’t a person in the world who could possibly know every bit of the budget...he’d be 105 before he got through half of a line-by-line itemization...
