Well some tweeters were saying it was a dummy (like the plastic looking hair and arm) but I am not qualified to judge. Just thought I was share what’s out there.

Are we looking at the same pic? This one is a training manequin. Note the elbow joint with sheet sticking through it, the hole in its neck, the black painted on "hair", and the wrong hospital name, RUSH, on the nurse's shirt. Channel 4 claimed it was Brookdale Hospital Brooklyn, but Nonna2016 tweets was probably photographed at RUSH University in Chicago and spliced in.
