Some spring breakers in Florida didn’t get the social distancing memo. Hundreds of people packed Clearwater Beach Thursday as President Trump urged Americans to avoid gatherings of 10 people during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Local reporter Sarah Hollenbeck, of WFTS-TV, captured the sunny scene with tight clusters of college-aged beach-goers scattered across the sand.
“BUSY BEACH! This is what @MyClearwater Beach looks like right now as spring break crowds flock to the sand,” Hollenbeck tweeted.

Geezers have been through the years of bomb shelters and bomb drills in elementary schools, been through the horrors of WWII, the Vietnam War, some around who went through the Depression even. At this point in life, geezers aren’t too scared or thinking too much about isolating.

From what I’ve read, the heat (26-27 C) and sun kill the virus on surfaces, but sneezing/coughing/breathing probably would not be affected, and many surfaces even in warm climates remain cooler or not in direct sun.

Fl has just under 20 infected from that metro area .
The first Bike Week in Daytona was a New Yorker .
The first Palm Beach cases were those evil things that fly on Jet Blue and they knew they were infected .

“Italy” was Italy because there are at least 100,000 (also read up to 300,000) Chinese around Milan who work in the fabric and leather industries, and many went back to China for the New Year and then returned to Italy.

I agree with the youth. They shouldn’t be panicked. The WuFlu doesn’t kill them. If we all stay in our houses on lockdown we will just starve to death and doesn’t matter what the hell the WuFlu is going to do.
Sometimes the cure is worse than the disease. How many people will do e from the poverty created by a financial collapse. I think this panic is designed to preserve the old, rich, and powerful - to hell with everybody else.
