This time next week people here will be hoarding onions and garlic. The TP shortage /hoarding thing started in China. Reports of that in turn spawned mass buying here in cities with lots of Chinese , maybe by Chinese families shipping the stuff home. Everyone saw that going on in town and thought they better buy too....

Agreed. Just chopped a bunch of elephant garlic. Put it into a jar w/ extra virgin olive oil. Keep in the fridge. ; )
