I saw a chart the other day comparing symptoms of cold flu and corona and it stated with corona you don’t get the runny or stuffy nose.
Do you sometimes stay at a Holiday Inn Express? 😁🤗
Free Republic is not a place you should be asking for medical advice, unless the freeper is a licensed medical expert with knowledge of communial pathology and has been fully updated on the current data of COVID-19 (or as i call it Woo-hoo flu). It would be like asking on Demo-Underground “If square had a flavor, what would it be?” You will get a million responces from a majority of people that dont know the answer but are willing to put in their theories, then watch everybody fight eachother.
Someone posted earlier, fatality rates for age groups on current cases, they are not bad at all for your age (I believe its less than 1% of cases). Dont get me wrong when I say, stay rational. All viruses should be taken seriously, cold, flu, woo-hoo flu and whatever new flu that comes out of China the next time. But consult the people that are updated on the most current and accurate information, and that would be your medical professional, not a forum of opinions, because you will be overloaded with responses from “dont worry about it”, to, “you need to buy every gun and round of ammunition on the planet, store 17.3245 years worth of dry rations, lock yourself in a hermetically sealed nuclear asbestos and lead lined underground bunker in North Dakota!” theories that will mostly be false which will not help with your concern, stay rational and monitor your symptoms, but dont panic! Panic only adds adds to irrational behavior like fighting people for toilet paper, personally I would stock up on baby wet wipes in that case, nobody seems to be fighting over those. (Deadpool reference, check!)
But to answer my question from earlier and my tagline, the answer is.......purple.
Thanks for this chart!
There are few cases in Dallas, now. Watch for Parkland to report their first in the next day or so. They just got better testing kits. The doctors there have been told to be prepared to be inundated. This according to a relative who is a doctor there .
Really? You’re asking folks on a Forum, with no personal knowledge of you, to diagnose you?
I had a hot flash the other day, sneezed twice and cleared my throat...but feel fine now so I’m probably just a carrier....
Maybe you’re just trying to gauge how stupid the panic-now folks on FR are today...
Yes, absolutely quarantine yourself as you don’t know.
Just be cautious and if the symptoms progress, contact your dr by phone.
Many drs offices are asking people with symptoms to not show up and walk in, but to call ahead and talk to them first.
Good websites. Thanks for taking the time to post them.
Before I can answer that, I need to know what your copay is and which insurance company to bill........
Great graphic.
Yep, you got it.
Did you forget you posted this already?

The pollen in Texas is bad right now. For me, the sneezes would give it away as pollen. But, only a doctor can tell you for sure.
only your toilet paper knows for sure
Same thing with my allergies, cough, runny nose, sneezing but no fever or muscle ache; it’s when you feel weak, shortness of breath and muscle ache is when you should feel concerned. But then, that’s almost normal symptoms of flu. Only a test can tell.
You need to buy some goggles or shooting glasses, nitril gloves and wear a mask, if you can. If you have a double door bus, see if you can lock the one near you and have people file in from the back. Keep your window open and try to get the AC or air flow to blow across your face. DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE. Get lots of sleep, don't smoke, and get 20 mins of sun a day or take D3.
Dont ask for medical advice here
Go to a doc

I believe I had the wuhan flu. I had a high fever for 8+ days
terrible pain in my bronchi and diarrhea.
What helped me was to go outside and take deep breaths of fresh air. breathing hurt like hell, but I kept doing it until I stopped coughing. I did this 3 times a day.
I believe that colds cook in your lungs, so I try to keep my lungs cleaned out. The cilia in your lungs holds air bubbles. I try to keep the oxygen fresh.
IDK, we had a high pollen count warning here in SC.
