Yes it does look like a psych drug side effect. I had seen this clip earlier today. He has a glazed look, not really focusing on any one thing. Almost like he just had shock treatment and was coming out of it. It really makes me wonder what the dims are up to. Are they really that stupid to think this guy can last another week let alone till November. They need Joe for something, not sure if its to be president.

I watched the video. This guy looks lifeless, tired, worn out. And the remark about Sanders joining Trump came out of nowhere.
