I think I had COVID-19 back in November. Does that matter for anything?

"Recovery" doesn't confer immunity. It does appear to set you up for a severe cytokine storm on re-infection. You need to be extra careful to avoid a re-infection.

There is no evidence of this. Since some early cases where people relapsed and a few died, people are now monitored for several weeks after recovery. These were not reinfections but relapses, virus that was still present ni the body after "recovery". As long as the relapse is caught before a severe reaction and organ damage, you recover. There are no confirmed cases of "reinfection", and no virologists or experts are supporting the "no immunity" hype. For people with a compromised immune system, obviously reinfection is a threat.
