All of a sudden nostalgia for 1930s Germany resurges across Europe, where some dismiss it as just fun.
Carnival marchers in the Belgian town of Aalst last week were dressed up as Jewish caricatures, as if lifted from the pages of the crude Nazi-era weekly Der Sturmer. They had long, crooked noses, Hasidic hats, rat tails the works. Men clad in SS uniforms marched alongside, drinking beer and joking with the cheering crowds.
The grotesque display, which appeared in Aalsts annual three-day carnival last year for the first time and repeated again last week, was described to the BBC by the town mayors spokesman as our humor, just fun.
Men in Nazi uniforms and women in concentration camp pajamas also marched last week in another European town, Campo de Criptana in Central Spain. Oh, and music bands performed in full Nazi regalia in Croatia, Ukraine and elsewhere.
Meanwhile, a study conducted among 14,000 people in 16 European Union countries found that a quarter of all responders oppose having too many Jews in their country. The study, presented Monday to the European Jewish Associations annual conference in Paris, also found 21 percent believe Jews talk too much about the Holocaust and exploit it for their own purposes.
Meanwhile, the United Nations Security Council didnt discuss European anti-Semitism during the month of February, when Belgium served as its rotating president. The topic is not on the councils agenda. Israel is, on the other hand, and in the monthly session dedicated to the Israeli-Palestinian dispute, European members denounced its policies in highly moralistic tones.

Europeans would perfer Islamic Radicals and terrorists flood into their countries where they murder and rape. Brilliant!
I don’t know why such an obvious display of Jew hatred is considered “fun” in Belgium, but I consider Belgium to be a very backward country, a country that provides a market for horses to be slaughtered for meat. I would not knowingly buy anything from Belgium just for that, but with THIS monstrosity, I am doubled down on my no-buying policy. What decent person could support this? What have Jews done to these people to deserve such atrocious singling out and ridicule? To point out just how STUPID these people are—their daughters and women are being raped by muzzlimes, the general populace is being murdered by muzzlimes, they are paying heavily for welfare services for muzzlimes (who contribute nothing to their economy), they are being robbed by muzzlimes-—yet it is the JEWS, who contribute mightily to their economy, science/tech development, etc. that they choose to ridicule. If all of these idiots were wiped out by coronavirus, it would have a cleansing effect on the world. Iran, too.
But no one can accuse them of being bigots!
The rising unabashed antisemitism is largely from the mohammedans and muzzelmen they’ve already imported. Average antisemitism goes up, average IQ goes down.
...and everyone else!
THe French, and likely the lowland countries, including Belgium, have never had the same strictures on the consumption of horsemeat. Heck plenty of people in the US liked horsemeat just fine but I think they’ve banned it for everybody.
Meh.
These countries aren’t worthy of Jewish citizens.
“What have Jews done to these people to deserve such atrocious singling out and ridicule?”
Tradition.
I wonder how long before Europeans are a small minority in their own countries.
how very very very sad for Belgium
Belgium.
Figures.
Springtime for hitler and germany
Deutschland is happy and gay
We’re marching to a faster pace
Look out
Here comes the master race
I’m stunned. When did this become a “thing” in European Carnival celebrations?
M.E.N.A.
Make Europe Nazi Again. /s
Muzzies didn’t introduce this filth, they just added to it. If muzzies were parading this cr@p AND getting rocks thrown at them by locals it would be a different sum.
The Nazis easily found volunteers in occupied Europe to join their SS units; this is homegrown and resurgent.
Belgians & other neo’s are about to learn that karma’s a b!tch.
Many years ago, I heard a sickening anti-Jewish remark - followed by uproarious laughter - during carnival in Koln.
It was pretty shocking, and really depressing, to hear to older Germans cavorting in this manner.
I suppose Carnival brings out the worst.
