Perhaps whooping cough? That's reared its ugly head again. Just did a search, and Laredo, Texas, North Carolina, and Minnesota have reported new cases within the past few days. There may be other areas. I stopped looking at the search results after I found three different States.
My 20 year old granddaughter couldn’t get her whooping cough vaccine after the first one; she had a small seizure after having it, and my younger daughter didn’t get the one before kindergarten, because the doctor felt they were problematic. They’ve never caught whooping cough, thank the Lord!
