Hmmm, wonder what the other side of the story is.
After retiring from teaching I can guarantee you there is another side and the six year old will come out looking like the devil's spawn.
I dont know the rest of the story but the mother is a liar.
I guess she forgot about the bodycams.
I taught school for more than twenty years. The kids (and their parents) have changed. The kid is always right. In my last decade teaching, two very young kids (under ten) broke the legs of teachers. In another incident five sixth grade students gang raped a special ed girl in the parking lot and returned to school the next day......strutting. I was threatened and stood up to another kid who went next door and beat up a teacher....who quit the next day. I don’t know what happened in this case, but I’d wait to hear more before casting judgment.
Yogafist - I’d like to know, too. 6 is young, but I taught (briefly but way too long) in the public schools here in Los Angeles, and figured it would be more lucrative and way less stressful to walk the streets. There may be some interesting variables here.
