While I don’t like enforced minority quotas and think that the jobs should go to the most qualified, just because there might be women or minorities building the planes doesn’t mean that’s the problem
My daughter is currently in an aircraft maintenance program and is doing very well. Before she will be able to get her certification she will have to pass a written, oral and practical exam with the school and FAA.
