Having problems with FR running slow. Any one else?
slow here in the big bend area of florida...
It is slow, CU is completely down, GP is sluggish, Disqus is going bonkers. So yes the DOS attacks are happening along with reduced bandwidth amongst other things to stamp out SanFranNans disgusting play last night.
No, haven’t noticed any slowdown- I’m on dialup, and it only takes about 4 minutes for the page to load- so Nope- no slowdown at all-
j/k I don’t have dialup- thankfully- I used to game online with dialup lol- that was an experience lol! Talk abotu ‘teleporting’ lol!
Vanity? I thought it was a simple request to ask if anyone else was having problems reaching the forum. If not, then the OP could have looked at their specific network. Since it is a problem for many Freepers, at least those who are able to get through, the OP has confirmation. This is the second ,significant forum slowdown in less than 24 hours.
Yes, this is driving me nuts. I think the system is just swamped right now because the acquittal vote is coming up.

Running slow for me, but, FWIW, I seem to have slow internet on everything I am trying to do today, not just FR.
I personally think it is due to the Russians trying to interfere with the IA Caucus results, before they are finalized. Sounds like they don’t need to hurry for any reason.
