I like to point out that Sheetz Gas Stations have a sign saying people under the driving age can’t ‘operate’ the gas pump.
SO, your 15 year son old CAN’T put gas in Grandmas car BUT your 13 year old daughter can get an abortion or either can claim they are of the ‘other’ sex and YOU can’t do anything about it OR get a list of what books they are reading.

I also like to point out that when I first hit Japan in 1957 that all of the Native Japanese (that we were in contact with) could speak English and were able to communicate with us. Of course, they were trying to relieve us of our money.
I bring it up to point out that here in the good old USofA, that local 7/11 clerk of a foreign nature can be on the job for 5 years and can hardly understand or speak English.....

this applie to college as well. I’ve seen where dad is on the hook for college expenses but kiddo doesn’t let him know if he/she is even attending after dropping out. grades are secret.

She dropped out in the first semester due to zero discipline instilled as a child by his alienating ex-shrew. It was quite challenging to find that out. She emancipated from child support shortly before the mandatory cut off of age 21.
