Of course there will be lip-synching. The NFL would never allow a truly live performance to “ruin” their halftime show. It all has to be 100%
predictable and overproduced.

How would she hear “no lip-syncing”? I think we know what she is trying to say, but it’s kind of sad that she can’t quite say it. Show biz folk: can’t express a simple thought in a coherent sentence, but they think they can tell you how to vote. This is assuming that the quote is accurately reported which is assuming a lot. I agree with what I think is her position on lip-syncing”. It’s fake. Same goes for auto tune.

Most likely, there will be some amount of lip-synching.
Gaga knows that. It’s not easy to sing properly when you’re moving around dancing or contorting your body in some skin tight outfit. Ask Janet Jackson. Ask Maria Carey.
