Chris Wallace is an expert in law, medicine, foreign policy, anything, everything and more.
How do I know this? Because he can smirk and wear soooper fancy glasses which make him smart. That is why he knows more about constitutional law than dumb Alan Dershowitz who clear did not get the memo in wearing soooper smart glasses.
Other than that he’s really just a journalist who, if not named Wallace, would be parking cars somewhere or writing for a local dish rag.
Saw this. The guy is rabid with TDS. The shot at Katie was during a segway when he just could not let it go and had to come back at her.
Katie had her facts lined up.
Chris never said what was not a fact.

Wallace recognizes that Katie is smarter and certainly more likable/persuasive than he is. In short, he recognizes that she is a threat to his agenda.
