Over the next few days I will list the names of Todays CG puzzle solvers admitted to THE HALL OF FAME
The selection is based on the consistency of effort, fun, creative, sometimes goofy and lively commentary, and their general enthusiasm.
In addition their choice reflects their skill and temerity of purpose in the solving of these daily CGs and their support for this posting.
On February 26th, (The first day of Lent), I will name three Hall of Famers, and give a $25 donation to Free Republic in their behalf.
Congratulations to Today's Cryptogram Hall of Famer: ComputerGuy;
ComputerGuy, has been a solid CG solver for a long time. Loyal in his service to our country and to this forum. Congrats!
Solution to our last puzzle:
TAKE CALCULATED RISKS. THAT IS QUITE DIFFERENT FROM BEING RASH. GEORGE S. PATTON
It took me longer than it should have.
Note to self: have coffee first.
Hmmm. Look at the last two letters of the author’s name. If that isn’t a tip off, stop trying cryptograms. As a puzzle, too easy. Title and last name of author would have offered more of a challenge:
ZDMDZDHN GFHC
2 min. Content was excellent character.
Welcome to the Select. We will have to teach you the secret handshake and password.
Truly not awake yet, took me three minutes because I was trying to fit “lather rinse repeat” as the author... Then I realized it was Monday.
Good morning everyone!
