I have about 4K hrs in the PC-12. Many of the facts aren’t known yet but generally the type of airplane is irrelevant in these cases. Professionally we are paid to fly safely between point A and point B but we’re also paid to say NO when it’s warranted. Given the plane was overloaded with 12 people and likely contaminated on takeoff I think this will end up on pilot judgment.

I was thinking the same thing, was the aircraft deiced, and, if so, how long before takeoff was the aircraft deiced.
