That's a shame. I'd like to lock this scum up for life without parole, or (even better if the Supremes had not banned it for crimes committed while a minor) execute the murderer. But we do have a moral obligation to keep even scum safe while they are in prison. We just do about as poor a job with predators like this as we did with Epstein.
