Having live in SoCal for almost 60 years, I can tell you this. The Homeless [problem in Los Angeles Literally Exploded overnight with the Election of Barack Obama. Don’t get me wrong, we had homeless and skid row for a long time, but it wasn’t until the Marxist Muslim Petulant Man Child assumed office that within a year it TRIPLED!!! Just as he Promised in his campaign.
