A freeper retreat? Get 20 people to chip in about 18k each and hit them with an offer...Lots of sun, off-roading, starry nights, 12 acres, no neighbors...And close enough to Tucson for food/beer runs...Way cool.
I could probably cover 18K but I’d be on noodles and water for many moons.
At least I’d be on a very steady no frills diet.
