Oh please, that’s nothing. The Bears had 9 yards total offense in the first half vs. the Eagles. NINE YARDS. That’s gotta be some sort of record for abyssmal play.

Not even close. My personal favorite was L.A. Rams at Seattle Seahawks 11/04/1979, 40 years ago almost to the day.

The Seahawks Jim Zorn, ordinarily a capable quarterback was 2 for 17 for 25 yards (both to Steve Largent), but he was sacked SIX TIMES for -55. Throw in +23 yards rushing, and the Seattle Seahawks total offense for the day was -7 yards.

Somebody bet over $400k on the Steelers and won it because Sanchez didn’t spin the ball for the last kick to move the laces away. How do you not learn how to spin a ball. The FG was way off.

Yeah, I am bitter. Lost my $10 bet ;-)

That Seattle total yardage deal is about what my Rams had against SF a few weeks ago.
