It is extremely difficult to believe that Israel had anything to do with ISIS unless the Israelis involved were commies and/or mohammedans.

More likely an HRC/Clinton Foundation creation--part of her "Arab Spring" which sought to further inflame and exploit the Islamic civil war for mucho megabucks.
This early-2016 article could use some serious updating. Whatever ISIS may have been under Obama, PDJT changed all the rules.
ALSO, none of the Israeli connections in the article are the least bit convincing. It may be that Israel and ISIS had a pragmatic "Understanding", as both were primarily interested in fighting Shiite Syria, and Shiite Iraq ... both proxies for Iran. (Same point could be made for S.A. and Turkey tolerating ISIS.)
HERE IS MY MAIN OBSERVATION:
An opposing regional power is needed to counter-balance Iran. President Trump appears to be setting up TURKEY as that power. Turkey is also NATO, so we can provide direct support if needed, as opposed to smuggling weapons a la Benghazi. TURKEY is MUCH more appropriate than a terrorist organization as an instrument of U.S. power in the region. President Trump is once again shown to be a stable genius!
