Here's a theory:
Could it be that the Republicans and the President's counsel could use the impeachment sham hearings/kangeroo court/ Soviet-inspired persecution to actually implement the DECLAS? This method could be a NUKE, followed by a MOAB, followed Democrat Party Scorched Earth? Not enough popcorn on the face of the earth......
