I have always had a problem with the McMartin case. I lived in the area at the time it happened, it was big news. I believed it at first but as the kids stories came out about killings and plane trips, I changed my mind.

The mother who started the whole thing was whacko in my non-professional opinion. She was the type who would change her child's sex to garner attention for herself. According to her every teacher molested her son but police could find no evidence.

The kids all initially denied that anything happened and the parents, who could walk into the school at any time, never saw anything amiss.

Enter Wayne Satz, KABC reporter. He blew the story up for his own purposes and had a 'relationship' with Kee MacFarlane the shrink who 'interviewed' the children. When the judge watched tapes of her with the kids, he dropped lots of the charges. She lead their testimony shamelessly. It is very easy to get a young child to say what you want them to. After about three times hearing the same question, many children will tell you what they think you want to hear. At first, they will tell the truth but they figure out that you want to hear something else and they start making things up.

Miss Peggy's pre-school had existed for a long time, the reputation was spotless, the horrifying stories told by some of the kids just could not have happened under any circumstances. Really, kids took plane flights, saw other children sacrificed in the presence of Chuck Norris, returned to school and went home like nothing had happened? It does not make sense. And that which seems incredible probably is.

I haven't read anything about this McMartin case yet but from what you just posted, I think I'm about ready to...I have a problem with PEDO stuff, it makes me sick to my stomach, for real...and it takes days for me to get tired enough to sleep again at night...

When I was researching PizzaGate MDDUDE and I would PM some stuff back and forth, not often, but when I found something I came across I would send...and it took 3 weeks for me to be able to sleep at night...

While I researching PizzaGate I came across some Madeline McCann stuff with the Podesta brothers pictures, I almost lost it that night...I called a friend of mine in PA and we talked for hours about this and the case in Denver, I was living there when that happened, and to this day I think the mother hired it done...she was living her childhood through her little daughter...

So as I was saying, I will try...God forgive these sick people because anyone who does anything like this to a child needs to burn in hell for eternity!!!

I do remember the McMartin case. I think my main knowledge came from a made for TV movie ? or a book ? I got into it for awhile when a prosecutor left the case to become a defense attorney, as he doubted the “facts”.

That thing went on so long that it wore a lot of people out.
