New Jersey is seeking to revoke the liquor license of President Donald Trumps Colts Neck golf club after the facility allegedly served an intoxicated customer who later drove drunk and and got into an accident that killed his father, according to a published report.
While the two offenses listed in the notice carry a combined penalty of a 25-day suspension, the state Division of Alcohol Beverage Control said it was seeking revocation of the license due to the aggregating circumstances in this case.
The letter was obtained by the Washington Post, which reported that the customer in question was Andrew Halder. The Woodcliff Lake man left the Colts Neck club on Aug. 30, 2018, and his car flipped and rolled after hitting the curb on a ramp, the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office said at the time.
His father, Gary, was ejected from the car and later died. Halder was charged with vehicular homicide and other offenses. At the time of the accident, his blood alcohol concentration exceeded .08 percent, the legal threshold for intoxication in New Jersey, according to the prosecutors office said.
Leland Moore, a spokeswoman for Attorney General Gurwir Grewal, declined comment to NJ Advance Media Thursday.
The Trump Organization did not respond to the Postss request for comment.
Trump owns two other golf courses in New Jersey: Pine Hill and Bedminster, where he has spent part of the past three Augusts as well as some weekends in the warmer weather since becoming president.

Mr.Trump has not yet made himself beloved by the American people.
Petty vindictiveness.
How becoming.
due to the aggregating circumstances in this case.
I think they mean "aggravating" circumstances. As in they are aggravated that Trump won the election.
I’d close all my businesses in NJ.
Just petty
If the guy was drunk and the FATHER was not....who is to say that the drunk was going to be driving.
Petty but a chance for the President to find other clubs owned by the rats or where rat politicians frequent that had a similar situation where the liquor license was not pulled then sue for discrimination...
If the father was ejected, it means he wasn’t wearing a seat belt.
From our Declaration:
...He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance...
These unipartying swamp dwellers are making George III and his parliament look like pikers.
We all know what would happen if it was Obama who owned this golf club.
“you cant blame obama for what someone else does. he has nothing to do with it.”
This is just democrat bs. Now, if they did this to every place that serves alcohol and a accident that causes death occurs, they would at least be able to say they are just being consistent, but i believe if we look back at their history of doing this, they will be shown to be targeting Trump and those they dislike.

Why won’t they tell us the exact number? .08 isn’t that much.
Youre a declarative guy.
But there is no way you can know what you assert, is there? (Resist your instinct to indulge your insecurity, now.)
Since you declare ignorantly youre a fool. A waiting around fool.
Guessing they didn’t yank the son’s drinking privileges 24/7/365 for life.
Given the wording here, I'm assuming it was .10 percent of less. When I was growing up on Long Island in NY, the limit was 0.15 percent.

I’ve always wondered how they know someone too drunk got served at a bar rather than maybe they had booze in the car and kept drinking after they left or something.
Always a tough call anyway, but I have seen people at .08 who handled it far better than others. I don’t have all the facts but this does sound a bit on the vindictive side.
Sounds like other circumstances played a role in this accident other than drinking: The current blood alcohol concentration limit for driving while intoxicated in New Jersey is 0.08% BAC. So it most definitely was not the fault of the bartender. Notice that they only say it exceeded, but by how much? My guess is not by much at all, which is why they chose the words they did for this article.
Which American citizens are you referring to?
Hes well loved here are by most conservatives.
